  1. Choose Copy Address Block to copy one or more selected entries onto the Clipboard in an address block format.  An address block is an entry’s address information formatted for use on envelopes and labels.

  3. If the Document window is active, all selected entries are copied.  If the Data Entry dialog box is active, the displayed entry is copied.
  4.  
  5. Copy Address Block does not copy the country if the address is in the home country specified in the Data Entry Preferences dialog box.
